The Triathlon Challenge
The Triathlon Challenge provides a one-of-a-kind, customized, virtual sprint triathlon training and event. It is personalized, untimed, at your pace and at your place, to be experienced over an 8-week period. Your swim, bike, and run distances are all based on your health & goals and can be accomplished indoors or outdoors. Our cohort group is co-ed, so everyone is welcome!

- Week 5: Run x 3
- Week 5: S/B + B/R + S/B/R
- Week 6: Practice (or official event)
- Week 7: Official event
